Pastor

Andrew Hanna

Andrew and his wife Mary Margaret moved to New Orleans in 2016 in order for Andrew to pursue a Masters of Divinity at New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary. They joined Immanuel Community Church soon after and quickly grew to love New Orleans. After graduating seminary in 2018, Andrew coached basketball at Phillis Wheatley Community School and got further involved in the Tremé-Lafitte neighborhood.

As God began to stir up a desire in Andrew to plant a church in New Orleans, Immanuel Community Church affirmed that calling and gave him the opportunity to serve as a pastor. In 2021, Immanuel sent out the Hannas with a core group of members to plant Harvest Church in the Tremé-Lafitte neighborhood.

Andrew longs to see young men follow Christ and families to be transformed by the power of the gospel. He also enjoys pickup basketball, ice cream, C.S. Lewis, and going on prolonged walks with his son James.

Pastor

Conner Hinton

Conner and his wife Madison moved to New Orleans in 2017 so that Conner could pursue theological education at New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary. Very quickly, Conner and Madison fell in love with the city of New Orleans. A major factor contributing to their love of the city was their membership and involvement at Immanuel Community Church. A few months after joining Immanuel, the Hintons helped launch a small group which met regularly in the Tremé-Lafitte neighborhood at the home of Andrew and Mary Margaret Hanna.

As it became clear that Immanuel would one day send the Hannas out to plant a church, the Lord placed a clear desire in the hearts of Conner and Madison to come alongside the Hannas and support the work of church planting. For years, the Hintons prayed and planned for the work God was preparing for Harvest Church.

Conner desires to see families and individuals behold the beauty of Christ and grow in their esteem for him and for his Word. Conner is currently pursuing at PhD in Philosophy while serving as the Assistant Dean of Students at NOBTS. Conner loves to spend time with his wife and their son, Aaron.

Pastor

Zach Bruketta

Zach and his wife Cortney met during their time studying at New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary. They were soon married and finished their Master’s degrees at NOBTS. Prior to the launch of Harvest Church, Zach and Cortney were invited to be a part of the core team, and they officially became members in fall of 2021.

Zach served as a small group leader and deacon of Harvest church for two years before being called as the third pastor of the church in the spring of 2024. Zach currently works as the Family Care Coordinator of the New Orleans region at Crossroads, an organization that supports and equips foster families throughout Louisiana.

Zach has a deep desire to see the body of Christ displayed in communities that live by the Word, in the Spirit, with open arms to others. He loves cooking, playing pickleball, and is a major J.R.R. Tolkien nerd. He and his wife Cortney are currently training to become foster parents and are excited for that new chapter.
